How to Tease / Backcomb Hair Add Volume – Teasing hair

In most of my videos I tease my hair. This creates more volume, and looks as if you have more hair. Teasing can be used for almost any hairstyle.

For this look you will need:

A teasing comb/brush (i use the three row comb)
Hairspray – Aussie Instant Freeze

Follow these 5 steps to tease your hair:

Step 1: Comb out your hair until there are no tangles.

Step 2: Take a section of hair from the crown of your head and hold hair at ends. Take your comb and brush the hair down toward your head (still holding the end) until hair looks like a knot.

Step 3: Repeat this for the next two sections.

Step 4: Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the sides of your head as well.

Step 5: Smooth the hair on top so you can not tell it has been teased (until you can no longer see the knots)

You are finished! This is a simple way to get a celebrity look.
