Written by It has been REALLY hot here the last couple of days so i decided to do a cute summer ponytail. I like to look stylish and not be be dying in the heat. This is exactly why i created this look.
For this Summer Ponytail you will need:
small elastic (doesn’t matter the color)
hair tie
2 bobby pins
teasing comb (if you want to add a little volume)
Follow these 5 easy steps to create this ponytail:
Step 1: Tease your bangs and pin back. To hold hair in place longer create a x with your bobby pins.
Step 2: Flip your hair over and (starting with the hair closes to your neck) French Braid until you have reached about the crown of your head. Then just finish regular braiding for about two inch or so. Tie with the elastic.
Step 3 (optional): Tease a little.
Step 4: Flip your hair back and put it in a high ponytail.
Step 5: Take out the elastic that was holding the braid. Comb out the ponytail and hairspray.
You are done! This is a simple hairstyle that only takes a few minutes. Hope you guys liked this tutorial
